Qualification Requirements
Teams must be ranked Top 3 for their state OR Top 25 nationally to qualify.* At the National Championships all teams in an age group will be seeded into pools based on current Elo rankings. The top teams after pool play will be promoted to the Premier Division playoffs — others compete in the Challenge Division.
*Additional "at large" teams may be accepted based on circumstances, resume, or need in a particular division. Teams from a lower age bracket that "play up" by competing against older teams are NOT eligible to qualify.
Promotion & Relegation
All teams are seeded into pools based on current Elo rankings. The top teams after pool play are promoted to the Premier Division playoffs, while others compete in the Challenge Division — ensuring competitive, balanced matchups throughout the entire tournament.
